IAS in the Des Moines Register:  Iowa All Stars is in each of the local papers of the Des Moines Register, for example, The Johnston Register.  Go buy a paper to see us!

At the gym you will find: New carpet in the lobby, New lobby paint job, New logos going up.   Make sure you take a minute to come look at the new changes!

Coming soon you will see:  windows in the parent area and in the cheer practice area, New Athlete Break room upstairs with internet, directv, study table,  couch, desk, computer and air conditioning (this area will have everything your athlete will need to study and/or lounge around till practice time).

Our Policies:  Youth Teams, Mini Teams and Tiny Teams can now ride with their parents to all competitions and events for the 2010-2011 season
