Tumbling/Jump Boot Camp:

Class Day:  Saturday
Class Length: 1.5 hours






This class is for anyone that wants extra help on increasing their tumbling skills and
overall conditioning.
 The cost is $10 per session.  Each class is 1.5 hours long.

Boot camp classes will be longer and more intense than our regular tumbling classes.  
They will incorporate stretching, flexibility and tumbling strength and conditioning.

The classes will be 1 1/2 hours in length.  Each class will consist of 1 hour and 10 min of
tumbling and jumps and 20 min of tumbling conditioning.  Tumbling conditioning will use
the versa tubes, versa loops, flat bands and versa discs.
We will be offering 3 levels of Tumbling Boot Camp.

Level 1
Level 1 is for people that do not yet have their back handsprings.  In this class we will
concentrate on perfecting the skills needed to land standing back handsprings and round
off back handsprings.  This class will concentrate on strict form and technique.  We will
use the trampoline, the wedge and spring floor.
This class conditioning will concentrate on building "quicker" muscles.  

Level 2
Level 2 is for people that already have back handsprings and round off back handsprings.  
This class is for people that want to hit back tucks and more advanced running passes
(round off back handspring back tucks, etc.).  We will concentrate on harder standing
skills like multiple standing back handsprings, standing back handspring back tucks, etc.  
We will also concentrate on more advanced jump skills incorporating tumbling with jumps.
The conditioning for this class will incorporate the versa tubes, versa loops, versa discs
and flat bands to build stronger muscles needed for more advanced skills.

Level 3
Level 3 is people that already have standing back tucks and round off back handspring
back tucks.  This class will concentrate on layouts and fulls.  We will also concentrate on
advanced standing skills combinations.  For example, double toe touch back handspring to
back handspring to layouts, etc.  Conditioning in this class will emphasize strength
building using the versa tubes, versa loops, versa discs and flat bands.  Conditioning in
this class will also concentrate on overall cardiovascular improvement.
