At Iowa All Stars, it is our goal to improve individual skills as well as focusing on teamwork, commitment and character. 

We stress a strong fundamental foundation from which will come a self confident athlete and a successful cheer team.

We hope the lessons our athletes learn at the gym will continue on in real life.  We hope our cheerleaders use the things they have learned in the areas of teamwork, commitment, and character to succeed in real life situations.
