Boot Camps

To View our tumbling boot camp schedule, please click on
the calendar button above on the right.  Boot camps are only offered once or twice a month.  They will be offered more frequently in the summer months.

What are Tumbling Boot Camps?

  Boot camps are a longer and more intense version of our tumbling classes. A boot camp is for anyone that wants extra help on increasing their tumbling skills and overall conditioning.  They will incorporate stretching, jumps, strength building and tumbling conditioning.

Who can attend a Tumbling Boot Camp?

Anyone can attend.  You do not need to be an Iowa All Star cheerleader or be in our tumbling program.  The boot camps are open to the public.  If you will be new to our boot camps and are not involved in one of our programs, you will need to have a medical release form filled out before you can participate.  You can get those under  the "Forms" button on the bottom right of the "Home" page.

How long are the tumbling boot camps and what do we do?
Boot camps are 1 ½ hour long classes
Each class will consist of 1 hour and 10
min of tumbling and jumps and 20 min of tumbling conditioning.  Tumbling
conditioning will use the versa tubes, versa loops, flat bands and versa discs.

Class Day:  

Saturday or Sunday
